How do I import leads/ numbers to Calley?

You can upload leads to Calley AutoDialer only thru the web panel hosted on https://app.getcalley.com. You can use an XLS, XLSX or a CSV File to upload leads in your calley account. I am not able to subscribe to Free Trial as Recurring Payments option is not available on my card??

Is Calley a IVR, RoboCalling or an SIP Trunk Calling Service?

All calls made using Calley are routed through your GSM sim card. The end-user will see the caller ID of the number allotted to that sim card. So Calley in Not an IVR, Not a RoboCalling and Not a SIP Trunking Service.

Can I use Calley to make calls from Desktop?

Yes. You can use Calley using a browser on your Desktop, Laptop or Tablet. You will need to ensure that your mobile app and calley web panel are connected to the same account and share an internet connection. To know about how to make call using Calley Call from Browser utility - Click Here 

Do you provide leads database?

At Calley we work towards providing you a world class auto dialer solution. Sadly we do not provide leads to make calls and hope you will have your own database to run a campaign.  

Is my data safe, will Calley sell or share my Data?

Yes, your data is safe with us. We never share or sell data that you have uploaded on your web panel. It is saved in a secure location only available to the user (and the team) who has uploaded it. 

Can my VA use Calley to make calls in the US?

Yes, your VA based out of Philippines or any part of the world can use Calley to call in USA. The calls made using Calley can be routed thru third party applications like TextNow, Skype or Google Voice which can be used by your VA's to AutoDial unlimited calls to USA

What is the structure of your XLS files to load leads in Calley?

XLS files you upload in the panel does not have a said structure you need to follow but there are 3 fields that are mandatory to be added -  Name, Number and Notes. Checkout our Quick Setup Guide for Getting Started with Calley

How many Channels can Calley Call at once?

Calley calls thru mobile app installed on your phone. Hence it can call out one number at a time. The next number is dialled once the previous call is finished or disconnected. 

Can you connect call to the agent once the receiver says Hello?

Calley is NOT a Predictive Dialer. It will dial the calls automatically for you and ensures that you are ready to answer the call when your lead picks up. 

Can I Call Internationally using Calley?

Calley by default calls using your phone sim card but in case you want the calls to be done internationally then you can do so by using the App Mode in Calley PRO and TEAMS subscriptions. How can I load list in mobile?

Calley at this time only allows you to load list using Calley Web Panel. You can not load lists using mobile. Checkout out our Step by Step Guide on how to load leads.

I can not see my list in mobile?

If you are not able to see your list on the mobile then please ensure that you have logged into the mobile app with the same login details as of Calley Web panel. Ensure that you can see the list in the web panel. Ensure that you have 

How can I do Call Recording using Calley?

What number will the receiver see when they get a call thru Calley ACD?

Using Calley the calls can be sent thru your Mobile Sim Card or using third party apps like Second Line, Google Voice, TextNow or Skype. In case the call is made thru the Mobile Sim Card the number shown to the user is your sim number. In case the calls are routed thru the third party apps then in that case the number shown is the number allotted to you by the respective provider.

Can I import leads from JustDial, IndiaMart, Sulekha, ZoomInfo or any other leads company?

Calley allows integration with Pabbly Connect, Zapier and Make.com. This enables you to sync inbound leads as well as share of outbound calls done data with supported CRM's and lead generating companies.  

Can I sync reports with Google Sheets?

Yes, a sync of calls done data with Google Sheets is possible in case you are subscribed to an active Calley PRO or Calley TEAMS subscription. To know more visit the integration center in your Calley Web Panel. 

Can I send a Voicemail if someone is not receiving calls?

No, Calley does not allows broadcast of pre-recorded voice messages or voice calls at this time.

At present we have native integrations with Zoho CRM and HubSpot CRM with Calley Autodialer. 

What happens if my number is marked as spam?

In case your number is marked as spam you can either change your number or reach out to providers like TrueCaller to understand the reasons you are marked as spam and how you can manage reputation of the number you are using to make calls.  

Can I manage a Do Not Disturb or Do not Call List in Calley?

Yes, Calley allows you to upload a DND / DNC registry values right from the web panel. The numbers once added will be filtered out from future lists and no calls will be made to those numbers. Besides this Calley also allows a user to mark a number as DND at the end of the call in case you have called a DND / DNC number by mistake. 

What happens if I have called a DND / DNC number by mistake?

In case you have called a DND / DNC number by mistake apologise and take ownership of the mistake to the end user. This will prevent you from getting any back lash from the lead called. As you disconnect the call mark that number as DND from the mobile app right from the post call feedback screen. This will filter out this number from being called from the future lists. 

Can Callers see the Information about the Lead when they start a Call?

Yes the agent making the call can see the details uploaded on the web panel prior to making a call from Calley Mobile App.  

Do you offer Calling Minutes?

No we do not offer Calling Minutes. 

Can I schedule SMS or Whatsapp message delivery at a certain time using Calley?

No you can not schedule a SMS or Whatsapp delivery at a Schedule Time using Calley. 

What does max size of 2000 records mean?

This means that any calling list you import can have a max of 2000 records in the same. You can create multiple lists but each list will have a limit of 2000 records imported in the same. 

How can I export the reports into Excel Format?

How does Google Sheet Import Works?

In Google Sheets Import, you simply must Sign In with your Google Account and all your Google Sheets file will be shown up in the Web Panel. You just must select the Google Sheets File, give a List Name, and click on Submit, now you will be taken to the Match Fields page where you must match the fields and once that is done, you click on Import Data and your Google Sheets will be connect with Calley.

Can I integrate Calley with my CRM using API's?

Yes. Calley can be integrated with Custom Integration as well. Also, you can integrate your CRM with Zapier, Pabbly Connect or Make.com. Also, we have the native integration of Zoho CRM and Hubspot CRM in Calley.

Can I call the same number multiple times using Calley?

Yes, you can call same user multiple times.

Can I get Calley customised as per my requirement?

Calley is a SaaS based solution and it cannot be customized as per the requirements, but you can let us know the feature by mailing us at [email protected], you need in Calley which can develop and make it live for you.

Is there a Limit on how many calls can be made using Calley on a Daily, Weekly or Monthly basis?

If you are a Calley Personal user, there is a limit of 25 Calls per day, but if you upgrade to our Paid subscription, there are no limits to the calls.

Can you explain different Calling Modes supported by Calley?

Calley has 4 Calling Modes-

   1. Standard Mode: Auto Dials sequentially and then gives you a pop-up to update the Disposition of every call and move to the next call.
   2. Uninterrupted Mode: Auto Dial sequentially but you will not get any pop-up to update the Disposition, it automatically moves to the   next call.

   3. App Mode: Allows integration of VoIP Apps such as TextNow, Skype, Second Line, Google Voice, etc. in Android
   4. WhatsApp Mode: Allows to send one message to a list of numbers. Basically, used for sending Bulk WhatsApp message.

  Do you have an Unlimited Agents plan, If yes what is the cost for the same?

No. You can add up to 100 Agents with Calley.

Can I use VOIP with Calley?

Yes. You can use the App Mode of Calley to make VOIP calls. It can do integration with Zoiper, Textnow, Skype or Google Voice.

In Calley Teams will my agents make call from a Single Number?

All Agents will have their own mobile numbers from which they will call. One Single Number for all the Agents is not possible with Calley.

How can I subscribe to Calley, what are the different payment options available?

I want to re-churn an existing list, how can I do so?

You can rechurn the list by navigating to Manage Existing List, and selecting the List you want to rechurn, click on the View Button to Open the List, and you'll see Rechurn List button in the Top as the List opens.

How can I setup Email Profile in Calley, I want all the emails to go thru my Email Server?

For setting up email profile with Calley, you need to connect your email id SMTP Server with Calley. Upon connecting you can send all the emails from your desired email ID.

If I have created a list using Google Sheet Import and I update the sheet will it get updated in Calley?

Yes, once the google sheet sync with Calley, as you update the google sheet data will update on Calley also.

Can an agent transfer call to another agent to team admin in Calley?

No. That feature is not available with Calley.

Can I use API's to integrate Calley with my CRM?

Yes, Calley can be integrated with Custom Integration as well. Also, you can integrate your CRM with Zapier or Pabbly Connect.

I want to become a reseller, is there an Affiliate Plan available?

Calley Personal Plan is a Free plan and will stay Free Forever. It limits the number of calls you can do daily, i.e., 25 calls/day.

Can I use Calley to Call Overseas?

Yes. You can use Calley to call any country in the world. You have to upload the numbers in your web panel, and you can use your mobile service provider to make calls in any part of the world.

Can I mask my number or use a burner number with Calley?

All Calley calls are routed through your GSM / Mobile Sim card. The person you called will see the caller ID of the number allotted to that sim card. If you have a Dual Sim Phone, you use your second number to make calls using Calley; that way, your personal number will not be shared with the leads you are calling.

Can the lead call me back?

Yes. Since you are calling from your number, the lead you have called can call you back on the same number in case of a missed call.

Will this work in the EU, US, or any country?

Calley works in all countries of the world. Since it is a mobile app on your phone, it saves you the hassle of manually dialling numbers. You can use it on an Android or iPhone to make calls automatically.

Is there a per-call charge I have to pay?

There are no hidden fees or per-call charges for calling using Calley AutoDialer. Suppose you subscribe to Calley Personal Plan, which allows 25 daily calls. You will only have to pay the bill that your mobile service provider may impose for making calls.

Can I send a pre-recorded message?

No. Calley does not support voice blast messages or voice messages. It is created for agents and business users who want to call and speak with their leads.

Does Calley offer integrations with CRM or a Zapier Integration?

Calley is built on Rest APIs, so you can transfer data using API or Zapier Integration.

How to upload leads in Calley PERSONAL, Calley PRO, and Calley TEAMS?

Calley Personal - In Calley personal, you can only upload one list that contains 50 records, and you can make 25 calls per day.
For uploading a list. First create a file in CSV format having 3 columns (First name, Phone number, Notes). Go to Call list >> Standard import. Over here you can upload a list by giving a file name.

Calley PRO - In Calley PRO, you can upload Unlimited lists, one list can contain up to 1,00,000 records, which will be divided to 2000 records once uploaded.
For uploading a list. First create a file in CSV format which must have 3 columns (First name, Phone number, Notes). Go to Call list >> Power import or Google Sheet import. Over here you can upload a list by giving a file name.

Calley TEAMS - In Calley TEAMS, you can upload an Unlimited list of 5 agents. One list can contain up to 1,00,000 records, which will be divided to 2000 records each for 5 agents {If you want these 1,00,000 records to be divided between the 5 agents. If you want to add different list to different agents, you can do that also}

How to match the field columns with Calley?

Once the list is uploaded, you will be directed towards matching the excel file sheet column with Calley.

In Calley Personal, you can only have 3 columns in the excel sheet (First name, phone number, notes). You need to match these columns in your excel sheet with Calley.

In Calley Pro, you can have multiple columns in the excel sheet, but these 3 columns are mandatory (First name, phone number, notes). You need to match these columns in your excel sheet with Calley.

In Calley Teams, you can have multiple columns in the excel sheet, but these 3 columns are mandatory (First name, phone number, notes). You need to match these columns in your excel sheet with Calley.

How can one switch call lists in Calley?

Firstly, this can only be done in Calley Pro and Calley Teams.

If you want to switch your calling list, in your mobile phone, when you are dialling in the existing list, you can see an option on the downside as “Load Another List”.

But before that, you need to make sure you have uploaded another list in your web panel.

When you click “Load Another List”, you can see the number of list you have uploaded and choose the list you want to switch.

Can we add multiple numbers of the same person?

Firstly, this feature is only available in the paid plans such as Calley PRO and Calley Teams.

You can add a maximum of 4 other numbers of the same person in the excel sheet you are uploading as Phone number 1, 2, 3 and 4.

Right after you have made your call with his one number, you can see the option to call another number of the same person or call another person.

How to import contacts on Mobile App?

Once you have successfully uploaded the list in the Web Panel of Get Calley, open the mobile application and login in, right after you are logged in you can see an option “Start Loading List:” in white colour and red background text.

Once you click that, you can see the number of lists you have uploaded in the Web Panel and choose the list which you want to proceed with {in case of adding multiple lists}.

How to avoid post call feedback pop up after each call?

You can avoid Post call Feedback pop up, by setting your calling mode as “Uninterrupted Mode”.

Can we integrate the dialer with WhatsApp?

Yes, You can send WhatsApp messages through Calley using WhatsApp Mode, which is available only on Calley PRO and Calley TEAMS.

Also, you can create WhatsApp template messages in the Get Calley Web Panel.

Can we record calls made through Get Calley?

Yes, You can integrate your mobile phone using the Calley Call recording sync option, which is available only in Calley PRO and Calley TEAMS.

Calley doesn’t have a Native Call Recording feature and it relies on the Auto-Call Recording feature available in Android phones. Calley has a feature of Call Recording Sync that allows to sync the Call Recordings from the phone to the Web Panel.

To setup the Call Recording Sync, you need to have an Android phone that do not have a Google Phone Dialer (Blue & White Icon) but should have a custom Phone Dialer (Green Icon) and you need to have a Google Drive account. Auto Call Recording should be enabled on the Android phone. Once all these things are done, you just need to get the app – DriveSync.

Can we record incoming calls in Get Calley?

No, you are not able to record the incoming calls. But you can log the incoming calls through Calley and see it on the Calley Web Panel.
For that, you need to go to the Call list >> Incoming calls.

Does the call recording sync option work on all Android versions?

Yes, the Call recording sync option will be working on all Android versions.

Can we call the same list again?

Yes, you can Rechurn the same list.

Once you have finished a Call List, you need to open the Web Panel and open the List from which you have to Rechurn the List, and in the Top, you will see a Rechurn List button.

You simply have to select the Dispositions for which you want to Rechurn the list and just submit it.

How can we change the mode from APP mode to Standard mode?

Firstly, this can only be done in Calley Pro and Calley Teams.

If you want to change the mode of calling, in your mobile phone, while you are dialing in the existing list, you can see an option on the downside as “Load Another List”.

From there you can select the same list again, when you click “Start Calling Now”, you can see Standard mode, Uninterrupted mode, App mode and WhatsApp Mode.
Select the mode you want to proceed with and start dialing.

Does Calley make manual calls?

Calley As Auto Dialer app will be installed on your mobile phone and you can call the numbers you have uploaded on the web panel Automatically using the mobile app.

If you are on a PRO / Teams plan you will be able to dial numbers in following modes - Power Mode | Preview Mode | App Mode | Whatsapp Mode | Uninterrupted Mode

But in case you wish to call a number manually that is also possible, for that you need to just go to your default mobile app dialer and initiate a call like you do as on date today.

Is Calley compatible with Monday CRM?

No, Get Calley is not compatible with Monday CRM.

Can we access the list of numbers via google sheet?

Yes. Firstly this feature is only available in Calley PRO and Calley TEAMS, upload sheet via Google Sheet import.
For this, you need to connect your google drive account with Calley, and then choose the list which you want to upload.

Do we charge calls per minute?

No, Get Calley is not charged by calls per minute.
You can make unlimited calls and upload unlimited lists in Calley PRO and Calley TEAMS, by purchasing either monthly or weekly plans with Get Calley.

How can a customer call from the browser and mobile app?

A. Calley has 2 types of call from browser options:
i. Call from Browser which triggers the Calls in the Android phone – Steps for this feature: Upload an Excel sheet on your Web panel, go to Call List, select Manage Existing List, then click on the View button of the list you wish to call from the browser. You'll find the list of contacts from your Excel file. Click the Yellow Coloured Call button to initiate the call from the browser, and the call will be triggered from your mobile phone.

ii. PC Dialing using Twilio which does not require any mobile phone.
In this feature, you can directly call from Browser without using the Mobile phones. For this feature you need to integrate your paid Twilio account with Calley. Once you have integrated by adding your Account SID, Auth Token, Mobile number, TWiML App SID, API SID and API secret key, you can make calls using browser.

B. Mobile App
i. Steps for calling using Mobile Application.
Upload your calling list in Calley Web Panel either on CSV, XLS, and XLSX formats, and after uploading, download the Calley Mobile Application from Play Store or App Store. Once logged in with your username and password, choose the language, and after logging in, click on the START CALLING NOW button in red for loading the list in your mobile application. After the list is loaded, click on START CALLING to make your first call. You can see 4 modes (Standard mode, Uninterrupted mode, App mode, and WhatsApp Mode). Choose the mode on which you want to continue and set the call delay seconds based on your preference. You will be able to make your first call.
