Let Me Clarify, but first What are Calling Lists?
In Calley, you upload leads or the numbers you wish to call into a list assigned to the agent who will make the calls. This list is called a Calling List, the number of records that you can upload in a Calling List is what we are trying to explain in this particular blog post.
how many Leads can one upload in a calling list?
The limitation on how many calling lists you can create and how many leads you can upload to a Calley calling list is as follows:
Calley PERSONAL
You can only upload one active calling list with up to 50 records in Calley Personal subscription. Additionally, users can make up to 25 calls per day.
Calley PRO
Calley PRO is a premium subscription plan that provides you with the ability to add unlimited calling lists. However, please note that we have put a limit of 2000 records in a single calling list. This means that if you import a total of 100,000 records into your panel, Calley will automatically divide them into 50 calling lists, each containing 2000 records. With Calley PRO, you can make unlimited calls every day.
Calley TEAMS
Calley TEAMS is a paid subscription plan that offers you the ability to add an unlimited number of calling lists. However, please note that we have set a limit of 10000 records per calling list. This means that if you import 100,000 records into your panel, Calley will automatically divide them into 10 calling lists, with each list containing 2000 records. The good news is that you can make unlimited calls daily without any restrictions.
So which is the right calley plan for you?
If you are satisfied with the Free plan and are comfortable with the limitations on the number of Calling Lists that you can import into your Calley Personal Account, then Calley Personal is the right choice for you. However, if you want to contact more leads and make more calls, then you should take a look at the Calley PRO and Calley Teams plans.
